[Parser Fix]: Add authors to Vivli

From NIAID: Vivli has a data contributor organization but the schema has 'author'. Can this be adjusted? or could be 'creator' in the optional field?

To do:

• [ ] Parse the submitting organization from Vivli to 'creator'
• [ ] if the sdPublisher.name = ClinicalTrials.gov, use the sdPublisher.identifier to pull the author metadata values

Other considerations: Similar to how you've created a PMID helper function, consider creating one for ClinicalTrials.gov. Vivli likely will NOT be the only repository that provides clinical trial datasets where the metadata isn't complete and could potentially be augmented.

My apologies, @jal347 but can you swap the parsing logic such that the submitting organization is parsed to the author field and the creator field gets data augmented from clinicaltrials.gov?

The coverage from clinicaltrials.gov is lower than I'd hoped.
