Validate species/infectiousAgent delineation heuristic

Issue Description

The NIAID team has provided us with a list of pathogens and vectors which we can use to validate and/or improve our species/infectiousAgent delineation heuristic.

To do:

• [ ] Run Text2Term on the list of species to obtain the corresponding NCBI Taxonomy IDs
• [ ] Confirm that all pathogen species in the list are being sorted to infectiousAgent and all vector species are being sorted to species
  • [ ] If there are errors/deviations, create a list of them so that we can update the delineation heuristic
