Improve searchability by grant numbers #38

Grant numbers from the NIH have a very consistent format, BUT, there are lots of variations in how these numbers are formatted, which impedes their searchability. e.g. U01AI151810-02 vs. U01AI151810-01 vs. U01AI15181002 vs. 1U01 AI151810-02 vs. U01 AI151810-02, etc.

@jal347 : as a first improvement, just changing the ES mapping of funding.identifier from keyword to text it seems like would be useful (so "AI151810" would match each of those terms).

@DylanWelzel can use the NIH RePORTER API to search the funding.identifier and then pull out the standardized grant numbers, funder names, etc.
