Add query-based boosting to increase score of generic queries based on particular fields

During user interviews, researchers said they perform very specific searches (e.g. "who else did a CD7/bl6 Mouse LCMV Clone 13 experiment"). However, an analysis of PubMed user behavior found that most PubMed users query by author, disease, gene/protein (respectively; see below).
