Computational Tool focused view (with comptool-focused facets and filters)

Issue Description

The current facets and filters are based on metadata that's available for Datasets. ComputationalTools are likely to be faceted and filtered on more computational-tool specific facets and filters, so we should consider editing the default facets and filters if the "Type" selected is computational tool

To do:

[ ] conduct Lyssna studies to determine which properties would be useful to include in facets and filters, and which properties would be useful for displaying in the cards @leandrocollares
[ ] Update the facets and filters based on the results of the Lyssna studies @candicecz
