Add component to suggest related datasets on dataset page #57

For instance, link ACTT-1 to ACTT-2.

Long-term, this will require NLP processing to identify related datasets based on name, description, authors, etc. In the short-term, we might want to manually link the ACTT datasets together, since we know they're related. The downside to that is that not all the datasets in AccessClinicalTrials may be related in the future -- they could be related to another disease, etc.
