Grown past the ease of use of bash? #16

I think the command complexity in #14 has grown past the ease of use of bash and as such am looking for a new language to write the wrapper in

I might move away from dotbot in this merge and choose to move entirely to nodejs or typescript

Moving to rust 🥼 And keeping dotbot for the time being

Most of the implementation for this is on the dots-v2 branch but I think I'm going to just re-write my own version of dotbot that supports profiles (groupings of configs) as the only thing I currently gain from the rust re-write is a little more extensibility
