--randomize-rfc6791-addresses missing? #210

I can't find the --randomize-rfc6791-addresses global option in 3.4.2.0.

# jool --randomize-rfc6791-addresses=OFF
jool: unrecognized option '--randomize-rfc6791-addresses=OFF'
Try `jool --help' or `jool --usage' for more information.
# jool --help | grep randomize-rfc6791-addresses
# jool -V
3.4.2.0

I see it's in the doc: http://jool.mx/en/usr-flags-global.html#randomize-rfc6791-addresses

What am I missing?
