RFC 8273 Unique IPv6 Prefix per Host #314

Someone requested this feature in the 2020 survey.

Though I don't really understand what's being requested here. From my reading of it, the RFC deals with IPv6 address assignment, which Jool is largely independent of.

Perhaps they want pool6 to be assigned automatically? My problem with this theory is that pool6 is a rather semantically different prefix than the ones you normally share on a network. Would this really make sense?

I will leave this issue in standby mode until someone helps clarify the situation.
