jool.mx is not properly available from IPv6 #321

Our provider is filtering ICMPv6, which means that Path MTU Discovery messages cannot be exchanged with the jool.mx server. As a result, anyone with a < 1500 MTU path hangs right after the TCP handshake.

Rolled back to the old provider. Seems to be working now.
