https://www.jool.mx/en/debian.html shows examples of installing 4.1.7
https://www.jool.mx/en/download.html says "Currently, 4.1.7 is the most mature version of Jool", and in its table of 4.1.x versions doesn't list anything newer

However, github releases show 4.1.8-4.1.10, and in particular 4.1.8 says "This is a fairly critical bug; please upgrade".

Attempting to modify the URLs by hand doesn't work - e.g. https://www.jool.mx/download/jool-4.1.10.tar.gz and https://www.jool.mx/download/jool-dkms_4.1.10-1_all.deb give a 404 - so I think it also requires releasing new packages, as well as updating the pages.
