Constant Current Loads in ZIPS #29

Model for these is wrong: we want the phase of the current to be locked to the phase of the voltage - so that the power is not dependent on the global phase of the voltage. I've updated the theory notes, but not the code.

I've solved this one - and added a test in tests.
