Evil API link on README #208

..points to a really old version of the scoobi docs (but its still called master). If you pull #207 it should be easier to notice if anything else is linking to those stale docs too xD

The current branch is now back to master so all the links pointing to it are now valid, including the API.

Reopening, as it doesn't seem the case. Both on README.md and the user guide the "latest api" still points to the wrong URL (Although, the issue is not nearly as severe anymore -- as its only a dead link, not an evil one :D)
