  1. 4km resolution, annual normals should be sufficient

Identified twelve entries (full list and descriptions in separate *.bil files. I will use these data to extract mean values with cell fractions when parts of a cell intersect with HUCs (like exactextractr::exact_extract() and terra::extract(..., exact=TRUE).
