  2. Develop script to read in data and quick exploratory analysis

  1. Calculate Kriging mean directly at HUC grid, then calculate HUC mean
  2. Train on 1-3 yr extrapolation
  3. For smoothness and large nugget to create a smoother prediction interpolation
