Read and Write permissions are required for creating a Github Release using an Action.

@Spatiotemporal-Exposures-and-Toxicology

Under repository Settings -> Actions -> General in the "Workflow permissions" section Can you enable "Read and write permissions"?

Deleting this - this is already enabled. The action configuration needed to specify write permissions
