read in data? #17

@dzilber In R/RE_dose_response_MCMC.R there is a line with a hard-coded path to read in data. Is that needed?

Not needed, I think it was used for the manuscript. I'd move the read command into the comment on the previous line as a note to myself and delete the associated boolean.
