@dzilber I changed the repo name to just RGCA (from RGCA-DP). I've added the lint, test-coverage, and build yaml files. They will run on push and pull requests. Let's get code passing all of these tests prior to resubmission of the manuscript; however, the rules are not enforced (yet).
