@eva0marques See my open pull request #232 . The nlcd_ratio vignette is causing pkgdown issues. I noticed there are hard-coded paths to "/Voumes/set"

  1. Can we make those relative paths? I think this would bring up data access issues, which I know is a current issue. We don't have the nlcd data in ./input/data yet
  2. Alternatively, I'd be fine ignoring this for now. I think adding it to the .Rbuildignore could bypass the issue

Thoughts @sigmafelix @eva0marques ?

Yes I see two solutions: 1) as you said, put it in the gitignore 2) create nlcd testdata on a very small area to show to future users how NLCD extraction works (this is what I did on my own project).

@Spatiotemporal-Exposures-and-Toxicology It appears the landing page is set readme.html. Other pages, for example, https://spatiotemporal-exposures-and-toxicology.github.io/NRTAPmodel/reference/index.html, are working.
