  • shum is returning all NAs when run on cluster but operates normally on local.
  • Covariate values extracted at all sites using local machine. Unclear why script submitted to geo cluster produced NA only for shum varaible

  • Vector sum value of North-South (v-wind) and East-West (u-wind) components

Function for calculating 1-day lag covariates will take longer, but the NARR covariates have been calculated for all AQS monitoring sites. Data is available in /ddn/.../NRT-AP-Model/output/NRTAP_Covar_NARR.rds
