Testdata creation #289

R code and vignette to create raw testdata. The code is stored in tests/testdata/ folder. Raw testdata is a 2 days sample on Durham, Wake and Orange counties (2022-01-01 to 2022-01-02). It is stored on tests/testdata/raw folder, with one folder per covariate. Name files are the same than real data.

@eva0marques See my email why the codecov/project test is not passing - the test-coverage is supposed to commmunicate with codecov.io and then report back, but that is currently not working. working on it now
