`set_args_calc` internal to be consistent with download path #343

After amadeus update at some point, download_* functions with unzip argument should have the fixed directory structure in directory_to_save with zip_files and data_files. set_args_calc should be edited accordingly.

[x] List up the dataset names that are related to zip files
[x] Add edited relative paths in set_args_calc
