YAML file is restored to include the upload process to codecov.io.

@Spatiotemporal-Exposures-and-Toxicology I found that single quotation marks made errors before. Checks were completed without errors. Since I cannot access this repo's report on codecov.io (maybe only the repo owner can see it if the repo is private), could you check if the codecov.io report works properly? Thank you.

@Spatiotemporal-Exposures-and-Toxicology I returned to the standard R package layout that is compatible with codecov.io. Please let me know if it works.

@sigmafelix I merged it and all the tests and codecov.io line by line coverage is working. Well done!
