Title of Rule 12-14 ("Value of structures:relationshipMetadata refers to value of structures:id") should refer to multiple values #64

Rule 12-14. Value of structures:relationshipMetadata refers to value of structures:id

The type of structures:relationshipMetadata is xs:IDREFS, so rule title should allow for multiple values.

Suggest changing to:

Values of structures:relationshipMetadata refer to values of structures:id

The rule text itself is fine.
