Add @structures:sequenceID #81

Re-add @sequenceID to structures. SequenceID existed in NDR 1.3, but was removed from NDR v3.

Add to Object, Association, SimpleObjectAttributeGroup, which are properties of an object that may be interpreted as having an order.

Do not add to MetadataType or AugmentationType, which are buckets for other properties.
