scr:ConveyanceIdentificationCategoryCode
- has codes for license plate, motor vehicle registration number, and VIN
- nc:VehicleType has property nc:VehicleIdentification (nc:IdentificationType).
- This code set is already substitutable for nc:IdentificationCategoryAbstract.
- Suggest removing it from this type since it isn't otherwise linked to a vehicle ID number.
- Could add a new scr:ConveyanceIdentification (nc:IdentificationType) to a scr:ConveyanceAugmentationType if needed to be sure that a conveyance ID is available.
scr:VehicleCategoryCodeText - Remove element; code and text elements are already available
scr:ConveyanceCategoryAbstract
- Has codes for airplanes, autos, trains, etc.
- Suggest removing code from this type and making it substitutable for the new nc:ConveyanceCategoryAbstract

The Harmonization Workgroup recommends the above changes, plus removing elements scr:ConveyanceIdentificationCategoryCode and scr:ConveyanceIDIssuingJurisdictionAbstract since these are not currently tied to a vehicle ID and since license plate, motor vehicle registration number, and VIN elements are already available.
