Remove "CUI" as the class term for CUI components #178

Simplify CUI components by removing the class term in the names. For example:

cui:CUIDocumentMarkingMetadata => cui:DocumentMarkingMetadata

This will remove the cumbersome double appearance of "CUI" when paired with the namespace prefix. "CUI" is still in component definitions, making them still as discoverable via search.
