Fix unused elements

Fix elements that are not currently being used within the model but should be:

• add j:DriverLicenseREALIDComplianceAbstract to j:DriverLicenseBaseType
• add j:SubjectViolentPersonCategoryAbstract to j:SubjectType
• add mo:ContactDSNTelephoneNumber to contact means substitution group
• add mo:SectorName to mo:ScanSectorType
• remove j:PassagePointAbstract
