Removed code "NN" from ncic:FPClassificationCodeSimpleType #192

Removed code "NN" from ncic:FPClassificationCodeSimpleType.

The "NN" code appeared twice with definitions "RADIAL LOOP" and "ULNAR LOOP". "NN" was originally supposed to represent a two-digit number.
