CUI updates for category codes and limited dissemination controls

Feedback based on a line-by-line review of the CUI Registry for category codes and limited dissemination controls:

BasicCategoryMarkingCodeSimpleType

• Code LNSL: Need to change the term starting the definition from “National Park System Resources” to “National Security Letter”: National Security Letter. Related to administrative orders sent to compel the recipients of the letters to provide information to federal investigators.
• Code OCCMTO. Add word “Agreements” to term at front of definition: Ocean Common Carrier and Marine Terminal Operator Agreements.
• Code PRIVILEGE: Change “Per 12 USC 78x:” at start of definition to “Per 15 USC 78x(f)(4):”. Append “Note: There are three limited dissemination control markings that can be used with this category; Attorney Work Product (AWP), Attorney Client Privilege (AC), and Deliberative Process Privilege (DELIB). These limited dissemination control markings may be used to help identify the type of privilege in the document and limit the dissemination of that information so as to preserve that privilege. These limited dissemination control markings (AWP, AC, DELIB) may only be used on information protected under the CUI “Legal Privilege” category.”

SpecifiedCategoryMarkingCodeSimpleType

• Code SP-NETW: Need to move code from SpecifiedCategoryMarkingCodeSimpleType to BasicCategoryMarkingCodeSimpleType and remove “SP-“
• Code SP-APP: Code APP is now basic-only and should be removed from specified category codes.

LimitedDisseminationControlCodeSimpleType

• Code Attorney-WP: Prepend term “Attorney Work Product” to front of definition.
• Code Deliberative: Prepend term “Deliberative Process” to front of definition.
