Harmonize biom:DNADonorVitalityCode and biom:SubjectExistentialStatusCode #246

The biom:DNADonorVitalityCode and the biom:SubjectExistentialStatusCode both represent the same content and purpose - to indicate if a subject was alive, deceased, or unknown when a data sample was captured. Subject Existential Status Code is used throughout the ANSI/NIST-ITL record types, and will be favored in any updates for consistency. I suggest removing the new code and adding SubjectExistentialStatusCode instead.

The Biometrics domain has agreed to remove biom:DNADonorVitalityCode (codes "Alive", "Deceased", "Unknown") completely, and to use biom:SubjectExistentialStatusCode (codes "A", "D", "X") in type biom:DNADonorType instead.
