Following #25, a list of potential enhancements for the current form of grids being used in nifty.re for the CorrelatedField emerged. These are:

Use jft.Model's functionality of non-static inputs for the amplitudes of a cf to avoid grids being potentially in-lined.
Allow add_fluctuations* interface to handle grids as inputs directly
Implement caching capabilities for grids
