Objective

Co-Chairs to review all related documents and define the purpose of each, eliminate duplications, link all, and then update names to match purpose

@lekshmi-sheelakumari question, what other "documents" belong here?

@sbarbosadataverse The documents are mainly the three different sheets we have in GREI Y3 Deliverables- Champions , Task Groups SOP Template- DRAFT V1.0, and various TG Member Rosters teams would be creating when they start the task group. We have to define the purpose of these documents and ensure that these are serving the purpose they are designed for and that we are not duplicating work across these documents and have one version of truth.
