Requirements:

  1. Markdown file describing
    • How to register for INCLUDE Portal
    • How to get authentication token
    • FHIR service base url
  2. Shell script adding "INCLUDE_FHIR" environment variable pointing to the base URL for the INCLUDE FHIR Service.

I also added some more complicated configuration tools to support saving and configuring the cookie.
