V2 tweaks #56

This PR provides a handful of different things:

Fleshed out the Research Study
Added Profile for StudyGroup
Added details about the modular IG approach
Started a FHIR Basics page where we can link to a high-level description of general FHIR concepts as opposed to linking back to the detailed HL7 pages
Minor tweaks to menu
Stubs for DD and Study Summary pages

Should be addressed with 60bcdc6..3999916 I had to rename fhir_basics.md to FHIR_Basics.md because of how the header was capitalizing FHIR and Basics (it was just using normal case for titles)
