We need something that will deploy the FHIR model to the appropriate server. We will follow a similar pattern to the Kids First FHIR model deployment where commits pushed to non-master branches will be deployed to the dev server, commits pushed to the master branch (without a tag) will be deployed to the QA server, and commits pushed to the master branch (with a tag) will be deployed to production.
