Time series raw #23

With this pull request I am adding a plot of the "raw" data in a timeseries. The plot (using ggplot in combination with plotly) has a drop down menu for each region.

Things still remaining:

[ ] Sort out the data source
[ ] Automate the dropdown so it works with all data (different regions/different scale of region)
[ ] Include the theme and colour palette when completed
