Allow the users to interactively select (with visual support) the DWI volumes that are bad and thus need to be removed

dtiplayground legacy has the old version, called Quickview. Similarly, we would need a UI that allows to select multiple DWIs and then provide that selection to dmriprep

The current beta version has a UI tool for selecting and removing DWI volumes interactively. run dmriplaygroundlab to get to the UI and use the DMRI Volume Selector tool
