Important changes:

Support Python 3
runRigidAlignment refactoring
- Remove hardcoded directories
- Use CSV source
- Swich to pathlib for path handling
Update RigidAlignment dependency

These changes have been tested in SlicerSALT for some time now.

I'll go ahead and merge in the interest of time since these changes have been tested in SALT.
