This tool allows segmentin brain MRI using a multi-atlas based approach either via joint label fusion (ANTS) or via generating a subject-specific atlas.
ABC pipeline can be used to segment brain images. However, the current implementation allows using up to four priors only. This is due to the atlas generation step.
Next step will be to improve the atlas generation step by detecting the number of priors a generic output.
