The option to adjust the CSF label under the "Inputs" tab is not effective. Regardless of the actual label of the csf, and what number you enter in for that label, Auto_EACSF assumes that CSF is always labeled 3.
(In the image, even though we have entered the csf label to be 4, it will assume that the csf label is 3, and will incorrectly quantify the grey matter rather than the csf)
