Reduce the size of test inputs and add GIfTI and CIfTI test inputs #14

The goals of this PR is to:

  1. Reduce the size of the test inputs file
  2. Add GIFTI and CIfTI test data

That will allow each individual test to run faster and to also test part of the GIFTI and CIfTI specific code.

The new tests based on this new test data seem to work as intended as can be seen at the PR https://github.com/NISOx-BDI/SwE-toolbox/pull/166. Thus I am merging this PR.
