Changes for Version 3.x.x #130

This issue serves as a reminder list of changes that should be done for the first version 3.x.x.

With PR @ #129, we have added a flag indicating whether the analysis was performed prior to this PR or not. That was necessary to detect the changes made in this PR and display correctly the results of older analyses. If we do not guarantee this type of retro-compatibility in version 3.x.x, we may remove this flag in the code.
