Add TFCE for surface data #139

Currently, TFCE is only working for volumetric images. It would be great to have it as well for surface images.

Just to point to it ... PALM has TFCE for volumes and surface...

but would probably require some substantial refactoring to make it work within SwE.

Thanks for the tip. I will go through this after looking at CIfTI files.
