No Support for viewing WSQ fingerprint Images #152

There is no support for viewing WSQ encoded fingerprint images. Generating WSQ compressed images at the WS-BD device level would improve transmission time from WS-BD device to WSABI2.

We could pull in libwsq from NBIS to add this.
