If a Item has Duplicate disabled, it should not be duplicated with the parent. #90

If a node has no option to duplicate from the right click menu. it shoudl not be duplicated when the parent is duplicated.

I think I would contend that if an item contains objects that aren't duplicate-able then, the object shouldn't be duplicate-able
