Add Contributors page #3

This portal needs a separate page for all the developers who made it happen- everyone who has made it possible. Whether it is a small bug or a new feature all together. Craft a page fortified with CSS and Javascript for the same.

So, my question is how are we gonna know about people's contribution. What I am guessing is that it might be done using GitHub API(just a guess, doesn't know much about it)! .

Presently go for only a page with the contributor detaisl hardcoded. Later as an improvement we can use APIs

Also, how should I look for contributors? I mean from the contributor's section in the project?
