Added prompt if user wants to add support for curl/proxy. This will append their input to ~/.curlrc To close #33

@circa10a Really sorry about the lack of response from our side. I personally don't have enough knowledge about this code to have a look at your PR. I hope this project gets a maintainer soon. Volunteers are welcome. :)
