move tipsntricks.md to readme.md; description rephrase #7

I think we should make the tipsNtricks file as README.md so simply opening this page will show the tips and tricks. Move the content of current of README to CONTRIBUTE.md file and mention it in the new README.

Also, i suppose we are fairly general, not very developer specific. May be you re-phrase(??) the description.
