There is an error when we try to run Medium_Grabber from the main script. Open for fruitful contributors.

Do you want to say , the Medium_Grabber script should be run by typing "python Grab_that_article_on_Medium.py" in Terminal from main file, And by typing "python web_app.py" in Terminal to run as the web app ???

Then I had added another separate file in the repository and we can run the script separately.
